Now, more than ever, we need to ensure we break down barriers to accessing and progressing in the industry. As you embark on your creative activities - from the seed of an idea to full production, we offer a practical session equipping you with a toolkit to ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded in everything you do.

Change management expert and Theatre503 Board member, Zena Tuitt, will lead two sessions to help you to translate words into action.

Workshop one: 13th Sept 7-9pm [Online]

The first workshop will explore how to design your creative experience and to make meaningful work that empowers you and others, how you make choices about those you work with and how these decisions and your network feed into the art you make.

Workshop two: 14th Sept 7-9pm [Online]

In day two you'll understand the power of stakeholders and how to work with them, to create transformational diverse and inclusive creative experiences, to support others' creative process while strengthening & diversifying your own.
